Granularity App Review – Is It A Scam Or Legit Easy Money From Your Phone?
I love making money from my phone and laptop, just from doing simple surveys or watching short ads. It gives me a needed break from being focused on my regular job. A few days ago, a new app caught my attention – it’s called Granularity. As usual, I decided to check it out and write an honest review based on my personal experience with it.
Here is a quick summary:
I think it’s a legitimate app, where you can get a $5 bonus just for signing up and providing basic demographic information. Later on, you can make money by watching and sharing the ads, completing surveys and sharing deals with your friends. It also pays for referrals (if the program is still effective). The minimum cashout is $10 via PayPal, Venmo or Cash App.

Now let me show you some more details about the process and the app.
Creating an Account with Granularity App
Once you click the download link, you’ll be taken to this screen:
As explained in Step 1 – copy the code XHJF65 and continue to the App Store (for iPhones) or Google Play (for Android).
Once downloaded, you’ll get to the next screen, where you should provide your first and last name, email address, and the referral code you just copied before. Now click on the “Register” button at the bottom.
The next screen will ask for your phone number, where you will get a text with a 6 digits verification code.
Enter the code and click “Confirm Code”.

Now you should fill out several short pages of demographic questionary that asks about gender, date of birth, zip code, ethnicity, marital status, education level, employment, etc.
You should provide truthful information, as it will be used to match you with the relevant ads and surveys. Personally, I don’t like to share my real date of birth and usually move the date 1-2 days before or later, as it keeps me in the right age group without disclosing the real date.
Once you are done with the questionary, your account will be credited with the $5 bonus. You can see it by clicking on the “Wallet” icon at the bottom of the screen.
How Can You Make Money With Granularity App?
You should be able to make money with Granularity App in two ways: doing paid activities and bringing new referrals.
Get Paid For Activities
As I mentioned before, this is a new app, published in April 2021. After I’d registered, there were no ads or surveys for me right away.
It may be disappointing, but I don’t find it suspicious at this point. To close a deal with a good advertiser, the app owners need to show that they have a big audience, from various demographic groups. Building such an audience takes time and money (see the referral program details below) and it’s the first priority as of now. Once the app has enough users, I expect ads and surveys to show up under the “Campaigns” icon in the bottom menu.
I’ll update here when I see them.
Referral Program
Currently, you can get $5 every time you bring 5 new users to sign up with your referral code. It might look like a sort of pyramid scheme, but actually, it’s just a popular way of marketing. Instead of paying for advertisement, the app relies on word of mouth, which works much faster these days.
Usually, referral programs are limited by time, until the app gets to the targeted number of users that will be attractive enough for the advertisers.
Take the opportunity to earn referral income now, before it’s closed. You can find your code under the “Invite” icon.
**UPDATE** – the referral program will be disabled on April 20th, midnight. It’s possible that it will be reopened again in the future, but we cannot be sure at this point. I hope it means that the app will start offering campaigns very soon.
How To Withdraw Money From Granularity App?
There are 3 options to withdraw money from Granularity App: PayPal, Venmo, Cash App. The minimum balance to withdraw is $10.
I’ve already got my first payment via PayPal, it arrived on the same day I’d submitted the withdrawal request:
It’s great to see the payment comes in fast, as promised. It’s a good sign for a company you can trust.
Who Is The Owner Of Granularity App?
From LinkedIn search, I found that the founder of Granularity is Anthony Snowell:
Anthony has a Computer Science education, work experience as a Software Project Manager and as a founder of several other start-ups: MySportsForce, TheFantasyMarket and Gearoffer.com.

Final Thoughts About Granularity App
I think that Granularity can turn out as a great opportunity right now to make some easy money from home. I can’t predict how much the users will be able to make with this app, as it’s so new, but there is nothing to lose now. The app is free and doesn’t ask for your credit card information or other sensitive personal data.
