In this post, I want to share with you the best way to start a home based business that can grow from partial to full income in several years, without the need to break a savings account. You’ll need the willingness to learn, persistence and time. Read on to check if this is the right opportunity for you.

Why do you want to start a business from home?

There could be many reasons to start a business at home. Maybe your full-time job doesn’t bring enough money or you don’t enjoy what you’re doing. Perhaps you want to spend more time with your loved ones and are looking for a more flexible way to make a living.

Here is just one sample of such an offer: invest $300 and make $4,790 weekly, meaning multiplying the initial deposit by 15(!) every week. Any financial advisor will tell you it’s impossible. But let’s do a quick calculation:

Week one: $300*15 = $4,500

Week two: $4,500*15 = $67,500

Week three: $67,500*15 = $1,012,500

The product can be absolutely anything from a pair of shoes to a membership in a luxury golf club, from an e-book to a sewing course. Usually, you will be the one who provides all the essential information about this product, like a review or a comparison to other competitors. This is your added VALUE.

This business model is a triple WIN. A website visitor gets the information he needs. The product owner or manufacturer sells a product and gets revenue. The website owner (that’s YOU!) earns a commission.

How to build a website? I have no coding skills!

• Hosting (basically, the storage of your contents, designs, and data). One of the most popular options is Bluehost.com.

• A Theme (the visual look of your website)

• Security and optimization tools (plugins)

Stay calm, there is a super easy solution that would cover these requirements in a few minutes. I’ll tell you about it very soon.

 

How can I attract people to my website?

The most important thing is to fill the website with insightful CONTENT that creates a real VALUE for your visitors. Help them to solve a problem, to find the information, to make a decision. Let them feel understood and important. Never undervalue their intelligence trying to mislead them just to make a sale.

Use good keywords (phrases that people might use when searching for information) in your content to signal the visitors what your post is about. There are great keyword tools to help you with this (I’ll mention one in a minute).

Search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo have developed sophisticated algorithms to evaluate the content and assign a ranking to all the posts. However, as important as keywords are, the critical part is the relevance of the website CONTENT. Google looks for the best solution to the problem posed by the user, not for a pile of keywords that don’t make sense.

Getting high rankings in search engines brings organic traffic to your site. This is called SEO, meaning Search Engine Optimization. The other traffic sources can be social media and paid ads (which are not really necessary, as many bloggers rely solely on the organic traffic and make a great living).

You can learn how to attract traffic, it’s not rocket science. I’ll tell you where. Just bear with me.
